Setting an appointment was the best decision. we got in right away looked at the vehicles we wanted. they were the best, clear in all the information and made sure we got what we wanted. the process did not take long at all and they did there best to stay in our budget. best experience going to a dealership, very friendly and good listeners. 100% reccomend
When another dealership wouldn't give me the time of day Rancho Motors went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle with no pressure! Nicholas even ended up getting me a vehicle that was better than the one I went in to test drive! Ezra and Damien were also very helpful. I highly recommend this dealership. First time buying a car from a dealership. I expected that no matter where I went some snarky salesman was going to push and pressure me into buying something. I went to several different dealers before going to Rancho Motors, I greeted by Maribel who showed me exactly what I was looking at comfort and more importantly price wise. A GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT TO EZ AND CHELSEA for making my car buying experience a breeze. Chelsea even made sure to put my name on the ONLY red Traverse they had in stock because she knew it was important to me.
