I will never take my truck here again for service. Their service writers are there to upsell you and if you don’t know the mechanics of vehicles, this can be costly. I told them to replace the hose from my windshield washer tank to the wipers. It had a hole in it. They told me my washer motor needed to be replaced. I refused their assessment and told them to give me a hose and I’d replace it myself. I was charged the assessment fee and the price of the hose.
