there parts department.. I sent my car over for repairs that was covered under the 100,000 mile terrain. Let's put it this way my car was towed over there 4 times in over a month and a half for the SAME problem. Then I had to pay out of pocket for things that broke under their care. Each time I got my car back it came back worse then it went in.. Now my car is not driveable at all. Thanks Rancho Motor Company

I had an oil change done here, but they forgot to put any oil back in. 2 days later, spun bearing, new engine $5000. I had two independent mechanic shops tell me that's what it was, but they won't accept any responsibility.
Recommend asking for Efrain Casarez at 760-955-8200 when looking for a car! We called and he had cars lined up ready for us to look at, and test drive! Excellent service and no pressure conversation, while shopping for a car.
