Been stationed @ Fort Irwin for over a year now and always questioned why my fellow officers didn’t shop at this organization. They rather drive 3 hours west or east to purchase their vehicles. My recent visit kind of solidified the why. Was set to negotiate and eventually buy a truck but the entire process was halted. This occurred because of the incompetence of my sales representative. Expected better and extremely disappointed.

Went in to purchase a new 2019 Traverse. Chelsea Isidro helped us out . She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It was amazing how hassle and stress free the entire transaction was from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Chelsea and Rancho Motors.

went to the dealership sign the paperwork had the truck for 2 weeks bought car insurance Tire's everything they misrepresented themselves took the truck back after all the paperwork was already signed everything was in my name left me sitting down there as a handicapped individual for over an hour and a half I would not recommend this place they are two-faced double talkin and misrepresent themselves constantly
We purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado Z71 from Rancho Motor Company this Easter Sunday. Simple and easy process. Kyle Ward our sales consultant was professional and honest. When we first stopped by we new what truck we wanted. But of course didn't want to commit with out shopping around.
