All of the staff are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I felt like my son was in good hands anytime we went for a visit.

The online booking process is deceptive; it requires a massive amount of information for new patients, yet doesn’t allow for insurance uploads. You enter the clinic expecting a streamlined visit, only to be met by a rude and arrogant receptionist who forces you to fill out the exact same paperwork by hand. The forms themselves are poorly designed—the headers are illegible and, strangely for a pediatric clinic, they ask for the "Patient Signature" rather than the parent or guardian.
