Terrible medical group. I’ve been with them for years, and there has always been a problem with getting health insurance orders and my doctors keep changing. Recently, I’ve been seeing new nurses for my visitations and for only 2-4 minutes, and my designated doctor is no longer there, and the wait times in the room have been up to half an hour. Everyone front the front desk to the PA we saw were absolutely wonderful. Would definitely recommend them for your urgent care needs.
Horrible MD (DR Vincent) my husband just went into a visit with him. My husband has been having horrible pain in his rotator cuff. It started while working as an ICU nurse in the COVID ICUs. He walked in the room per my husband and was in there less than 3 minutes. Us both being RNs I know you cannot possibly bill our insurance for that new visit contact which insurance allots 15-30 minutes when you spent 3 minutes in the room. DR/PA Ernest is the best physician possible when you need a speedy diagnosis and caring ear. He has helped many members in my family and we all love his bed side manner. He thinks outside the box when there are questions and makes you feel comfortable. It’s hard to find compassionate medical care these days. Highly recommend
