The best eye exam experience I have had in years! Super helpful staff, friendly and fun attitudes in a nice atmosphere. Dr. Ali spent a good deal of time working with me to get my contact prescription just the way I felt I should be seeing. I've never had prescription sunglasses before and the whole team helped me pick out an awesome pair, detailing all the lens options to choose from. Dr. Ali was very accommodating and wonderful to deal with! She was very patient and answered all our questions. She and her husband are extremely personable and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an optometrist in the Austin area!
I came here for a quick eye exam & was totally impressed with Dr. Ali! She has a cool machine that takes a picture of the back of your eyes. She showed me my blood vessels, the nerve that goes to my brain, & explained to me what it all meant for my eye health. Plus, she has a huge selection of glasses & sunglasses. I literally tried on every pair of sunglasses, but Dr. Ali didn't mind. She was very patient & helped me find the best pair! She even explained to me what kind of benefits I get from my insurance.
