Great doctor and staff! Very knowledgeable and tentative.
This is the first time I've ever gotten glasses, and I was nervous about what I would find. Dr. Ali and her staff not only made the entire process easy and enjoyable, but they were extremely patient with me as I took an obscene amount of time choosing my frames. No rush, no fuss, very polite...and best of all, no puff of air in your eyeball! Would recommend to anyone.
I love this place! I was greeted immediately by big, friendly smiles. I was looking for a pair of frames in particular and wanted to try them on to see what I thought. Unbeknownst to me, Dr. Ali herself assisted me in finding not only the frames I was looking for but helped me in trying on other frames, always giving me her honest opinions and helpful tips. She was so patient and cheerful. I have already been bragging about this lovely store and will continue to recommend it to anyone who asks.
Had my first appointment for contacts and eyewear yesterday with this fun group of eye professionals. Office is comfortable and professional and they appear to be using the latest technology to ensure satisfaction. Dr. Ali was very patient as we tried a variety of different solutions and I think we came up with a winner. Highly recommend this team!
From start to finish it was a easy experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
