Always a pleasant experience, or as pleasant as can be when going to the Dr. Staff is very friendly and Dr. Zaban takes her time making sure I understand everything possible to ensure I stay healthy.
Made an online appointment 2 weeks ago as a new patient. I was contacted today and told that the slot I scheduled was not a new patient slot and that I would have to wait another month to be seen as a new patient. I was transfered to leave a message for the office manager. I don't see why the online scheduling wouldn't be correct. Incredibly disappointed, but I guess it is time to find a better Dr and office to deal with. And thanks for the heads up, it would have been more useful 2 weeks ago.
She's amazing and listens to her patients. Highly recommended.
If you want to be treated like you are abusing your medication even though you are using it safely and properly, go here! I have never in my life been treated this way by a doctors office. Not only have my medications been sent to wrong pharmacies that I cannot access multiple times, leaving me without my medication for weeks, they treat you like an addict because you require a certain medication for your diagnosed panic and anxiety disorder. Save yourself the trouble and go to literally any other office.
