I’ve been going to Dr. Ramsey Katan since their old location. The staff know my mother and siblings, they have always been respectful and accommodating to them. Great office and staff, their service is greatly appreciated.
The worst optometrist I've ever been to. Had me going back and forth because my glasses had the wrong prescription all the time. To top it off they tell you that your insurance doesn't cover the frames just for you to pay them out of your pocket! I did faught for my money back when I payed $120.00 dollars for them and they gave me the wrong and cheap frame. I asked them to let me see the cameras and they also denyed that from me. the doctor never bothered in asking me to retake the exam or an apology. The staff was so rude a... read more
I really enjoyed my visit to see dr. Ramsey Katan today it's that was very knowledgeable and very nice I did not have to wait long at all to see the doctor I would recommend him to anyone
Just left Dr. Ramsay eye dr on Date Palm in Cathedral City by Sonic. Worst service ever!! I walked in with Tai and they asked if my husband would mind watching him and said the 2 of them couldn't wait inside the waiting room, so they sat outside by the car. My appointment was scheduled at 10 am. At 10:40 my husband walks half way through the door to ask me for Tais wipes, and the lady at the front desk insists I reschedule because my husband wasn't allowed to wait on the bench outside. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Ramsey Katan and his staff, they are always so warm and welcoming to my boys and I. I highly recommend this office to ALL my friends. Thanks for always looking out for us Dr. Katan👍
I'm giving it a 1 star just because I have to choose one in order to add a review but I would have given nothing to this doctor and office. Doctor refused to see 2 of my kids who had appointments just because I had my third kid who is 2 1/2 years old with me and he didn't have an appointment. I was told their "policy" says only patients and guardians are allowed to be there. They asked me to find someone who could take care of my baby while I was there if I wanted to keep the appointments. The doctor or office manager didn't... read more

Dr Karan's office is very nice, the staff provides friendly professional service. I was lucky enough to be their first walk-in of the day, I was in & out in under an hour. Highly recommended.
