The moment I walked in the door I was annoyed. I went to the counter and it seemed like no one knew what they were doing. It took the guy 10 minutes to even find my name on the appointment sheet. I filled out some paperwork and handed the man my ID and insurance card. He asked the girl next to him if she could scan them. She was so rude to him, I kinda felt bad.
