I have worked with Rick and have seen dozens of his homes. He is an incredible builder and a wonderful person to have build your home. I can more than afford his rentals. However, since I'm not rich enough to buy the property outright and twice over, I was refused. Now, my personal information has been distributed to someone who won't be doing business with me. I guess they want you rich enough to own but too stupid to buy your own home. Couple this with my recent divorce and it's borderline discriminatory. Also, you want to talk about the most arrogant cold shoulder I got when I asked what they would qualify for? That's his office staff.

Ramsey Building Company has built custom homes for the last 24 years and the rental homes are with a completely separate from that.
Hands-down… The best builder in the Ozarks. His fabulous taste in materials is matched only by his impeccable attention to detail and the quality craftsmanship of his employees and sub contractors. Rick has developed a client friendly app which enables everyone to stay under budget and ahead of schedule. Building a house with Rick has been so much fun!
