Ordered a pizza, breadsticks, and a sandwich. The sandwich wasn’t delivered with the other items. Called to complain. Overheard that the sandwich was left on the counter. The driver brought it to me 25 minutes later. It was the sandwich forgotten on the counter. It had been on the counter without heat for almost an hour and a half. It was cold and terribly soggy. There drivers are horrible. They don’t obey laws and tailgate. Can’t imagine how they good they are at following food safety rules. Won’t eat here again. Too many other restaurant options to stick with them. And their beef pizza is nothing. I thought they forgot to add it but when I called to check they said you had to order like triple the amount if you want to see/taste it. ZERO STARS
Ordered from here for the first time last night for delivery. Waited over an hour for my food, once i got it all the appetizers were cold, my fries were cold and the worst part they forgot a whole order all together. I spent almost 50$ once I called the guy I spoke to didnt even care. Waited another hour just for my sandwich to come. Probably the worst customer experience I've ever had

Worst customer service ever non of the employees are on same page. Tried to order pizza for super bowl and call night before to ask if I needed to order at a certain time on Sunday told to call back at 12 when they opened Sunday. Call ex back told I can’t order for time I need till 3 then called once again told can’t order till 415.
