I just wanna give a shout out to your establishment! We live outside of the city limits a mile or two. It is nearly impossible to find people to deliver to our neighborhood! With all of the covid 19 recommendations we were looking for a local business who would deliver. You delivered amazing pizzas to several families and we greatly appreciate it we will definitely be doing business with you again!
Pizza to die for and I don't really eat pizza
Not your normal pizza joint. Different pizza selection and cold beer!!!
Called ahead last night, double-order of wings for takeout, and told the guy on the phone it was for a party. Knowing that Saturday nights are busy, he said 45 minutes so we waited 50 minutes; arrived to find out the order hadn't even been started. Woman behind the counter said thirty more minutes. I told her I didn't have thirty more minutes and we were picking up to take to a party. Her reply? "The kitchen got slammed. Sorry, hon." Worst customer service ever! I called in a order and I was told it would be ready in 25-30min when I arrived to pick up my order they said they didn’t have it and that I must have called the north store. They said it was my problem not theirs. So I called the North store and the manager there was really sweet and offered to give us a discount on my order. Actually have staff to run your north location, maybe a legit manager or someone to serve your patrons!
Ramos is one of our favorite joints in Lincoln! Great neighborhood bar and killer pizza! Service is great! And they have Devils Gap on tap!!
