Absolute terrible customer service! My family and I have been life long Ramoes (south) customers so when I got the wrong pizza from the north location I understood that it was probably busy and just human error. The food at Ramo's is absolutely great. The staff is a joy to meet. Very friendly!!!! If you live in Rocky Mount or visiting, please stop by and enjoy the food at this wonderful restaurant.
Waiting an hour and a half for delivery. Ordered a Canadian bacon pizza. 8 slices in the box. 1/2 of a slice of Canadian bacon on 5 pieces of pizza. Breadsticks were way overcooked. Won’t be ordering again from them
The pizza, ribs, and sticks are delicious- their pepperoni&cream cheese is the best in town; I have tried all of the competition’s attempts at this pizza. However, I recommend getting Ramos dine-in or carry-out because it’s a fun place to take a date and every pizza, anywhere, is best “hot off the press”. I am from out of town and I insist on coming to Ramos North every time I visit! The cream cheese pizza is amazing! Friendly service, responsible in following COVID guidelines and the environment is unique! Must visit!
The wait time is terrible! 3 times now I have passed on eating there because the wait time is ridiculous. Sad!! The pizza is great!
