Amazing Ramen. Literally my new favourite ramen spot in the city! The Paitan broth is frothy, extremely luxurious and rich. The Yuzu Scallop broth was amazingly light and complex. Every part of the dish is meticulously optimized and I could taste the attention to detail. Make sure to order the caramel pudding for dessert - super well executed! Will definitely be back soon!
Yuzu Scallop Shio Consommé The broth was light and refreshing without being oily, and it paired really well with the thin noodles. Both the chashu and chicken were very tender, although the pork belly was a little tough to bite through. Very disappointing experience. There seemed to be a serious lack of staff, with only one server working during the weekend night. We had to wait to be seated, then wait again to place our order, wait a long time for the food, and wait again for the bill—even though there were empty tables available.
