dinner rush hour with only 1 waiter looked absolutely overwhelmed, visibly trying to make an effort. But I now question about the management decision? There were 2 other waiters coming in after 1 hour. Not so traditional takowasabi...? And No, we didn't enjoy the food THAT much. The waiter didn't need to verbally stated that "we like the food"
amazing food, service from manami and ambience at ramen x remix. the broth was phenomenal and we will definitely be back.
This might be one of the best bowls of ramen I’ve ever had! The clear broth was incredibly refreshing, with a deep, rich seafood flavor from the scallops. The sweet and tangy yuzu added a beautiful citrusy touch that balanced everything perfectly and made the whole bowl feel so fresh. The noodles were cooked just right, too not too soft, with the perfect texture. A beautifully balanced bowl of ramen. Definitely a must try!
Best ramen in the world )
