Simply the worst service I have ever had. I was there from Friday through Sunday and housekeeping never came to my room. I called they told me they were coming and they never showed. They also ran out of towels and we were scheduled to have a sit down dinner and they set up for a buffet. Our dinner was delayed one hour because they had to fix plates and we still did not get what we paid for. I will never stay at this hotel again.
Hot broken,no restaurant or bar open. Had to Call Maid TO Clean Our Room Cause They SKIPPED our room. Then floors wet because of pool ,mom fell, some of staff very unpleasant.
