This hotel is, how can I say, not good by any means. Had a not so nice man check us in. Got in to the room and the remote didn't work, shower rode is falling off the wall and the place smells like dirty feet...The the toilet plugged up. Got a room change and this one smells gross and the heater thing doesn't work. I'll be asking to cancel my other two day reservation s w/o any charge and talking to the supervisor!
I frequently travel for work and before current job worked hospitality business about 5 yrs. Went to a birthday party here and was appalled at the way GUESTS were treated. The slide is the only good thing about this place. In the hotel industry guests should be top priority but here you ask for things like towels and they blow you off completely. Reservations were wrong. Staff was rude. Safety issues with wet halls. Very poorly managed.
It's got friendly people. The general manager is friendly. The apartments are great. Especially the one I live in. The restaraunt and bar is great.
