The bar at the hotel closes way to early, staff was nice , food was edible.
Service was great... Staff was great... Breakfast was great.... They really try to make things comfortable for the guest... Karaoke in the lounge was fun... And the pool was great for kids and adults... I was very satisfied.
The staff was wonderful plus free breakfast! The indoor water slide & pool is fanastic! We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
Did not honor reservation during late check in even though called numerous times to verify reservation and late check in. An hour later, they found a room for us but it was so very tiny, and dirty with a live cricket in bathroom. Not suitable room or space for an infant with us. Reservation was part of a block of rooms for a scheduled event in their ballroom
Zach at the front desk was a great help and was very kind.
Wi-fi not working, front desk staff not helpful. One guy, who is supposedly a member of the kitchen staff, who filled in answering the phones, accused me of being rude and disrespectful. I didn't yell once since then, but that really irritated me to no end. Wi-Fi eent down no less than FIVE TIMES! By 11:00 last night, the wi-fi was still not working and had given up. Staying here because the convention is here and this is the best option of the three hotels at 6th & Fairlawn.

I have worked with the Ramada West as a member of Tradebank for several years now. I can say that the staff and the management of this place are all top notch. Charles the GM, is very good at making sure his staff are polite and very helpful. Also the Cleanliness of this hotel is top notch. Way to go Ramada West. If you stay there make sure to make it to Breakfast. Wow what a meal.
