I don’t really need to say much more than all the other reviews have already said. I almost got stuck in the elevator twice. Many many other issues, too much to list. But at least the room was sort of clean?
Bed bugs
Do not stay here, no matter what. Worst hotel experience in over a decade and a half. We knew that we running late and called to confirm that we would be arriving between 11pm and midnight. When we arrived, we found out that they had given our room away, despite reservations being made over two months ago. It left me and my two kids with nowhere to stay for the night. 0/100 recommend. Had a paid reservation prior and they claimed they were out of rooms and booked. Searched for over 30 minutes on where to place us and another couple. Hotel was dirty. Don't stay
