DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. This not a place worthy of even a penny. It stinks, has mold in the rooms (we were offered the chance to inspect other rooms before deciding it was better to try somewhere else). THE ROOMS ALSO DO NOT HAVE SMOKE DETECTORS, is that even legal?! The floors are covered in spilled mystery fluids and are sticky. The hallway floors are sagging in the middle. Sub-par place. May never go there again unless circumstances require. First the pros: Kindly front desk person. Excellent location by airport. Breakfast included. Room had 2 trash bins & 2 tissue dispensers. Good pillows. Cons: Powerful smell of cleaning agent in room. Wet floor. No tissues in either dispenser. Toilet paper roll mostly used up. Paint bubbling off wall. Two desk lamps did not work. One had no bulb. When requested, front desk could not provide any dupplies.Shuttle bus only available till 10:30 pm.
-0/10 strongly DO NOT not recommend!!! If I can give them ZERO stars, I definitely would!!! First of all when your flight or if your flight get delayed, they will give you a room away and try to give you another room. They are very nasty then they will not give you a refund. They will give you the runaround about giving you your money back after knowing exactly what they have done. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Alabama. I’ve been trying to get my refund since July 30.
The front desk gentleman Ram treated us like royalty! 5 stars for him. The room was great. The only negative was the restaurant was closed and the lobby smelled old. But the hallways and the room didn't have the smell.
Room was ok. Breakfast no good.
