The beds were ok. But everything else was awful. Breackfast was closed early had to ask front desk if i could get breakfast 15 minutes before close. When kitchen staff let me in they were rude. There was no food no water no cream cheese for the few bagels they did have. No tea. The room didn’t have hand soap for the bathroom. Room was incredibly warm.

This IS NOT THE RAMADA INN QUALITY JOR REPATATION THAT I AM ACCUSTOMED TO BRAND, WHICH IS A VERY WELL KEPT CLEAN ENVIRONMENT. THE ROOM IS NEEDING ATTENTION TO THE FALLING DRAPES, UNCLEAN/UNSANITARY BATHROOM/BATHTUB AND SOMEONE'S BELONGINGS OUTSIDE THE DOOR; THEN NOT TO MENTION THE PERP HOLES IS COVERED WITH TISSUE! THIS IS NOT THE RAMADA INN STANDARD AT ALL! UNFORTUNATLY THERE WERE OPEN EXPOSED WIRES UND THE CENTER DESK- VERY UNSAFE‼️

I usually select the hotel when I travel but my friend chose this rinky dinky place. My camera ran out of storage so I didn't even get to highlight all the gross parts of this facility. The lobby is gorgeous and paints a picture of elegance but don't be fooled. Beyond the elevator the halls had a stench and you could smell the mildew carpet. The bedding was old and dingy I spray my bedbugs spray to male sure no critters crawled out. It was late I asked my friend if we needed to just chalk up the $80 as a loss and go somewher... read more

The staff was helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is not what I came to expect from the franchise. The room was fine, the venue needs more staying guests.
