Got my auth late September, emailed it several times, called and left messages and had to make an appointment to ask the Doctor why no one has called me back about scheduling my surgery. Office person had the nerve to say they couldn’t locate a copy of my authorization. Anticipating this BS I whipped it out of my purse and waited for my original.
Excellent DR with great experience, and when in surgery that matters a lot. He was very thorough throughout the entire process from pre surgery to post.
With the exception of one professional staffer, the office is poorly run. No follow up after initial appointment, necessary authorizations not requested, messages via voicemail and the doctor's portal left ignored. The exam room lacked sterile gloves and I had to request a gown prior to a procedure. The entire process was disorganized and one staff member repeatedly gave misinformation after visits.
I fractured my ankle with a very serious break Dr Chandran was wonderful and took good care of me. He placed a metal rod and 14 screws in my leg. I love to roller skate and thought I wouldn’t be able to anymore. I am back sharing better than ever. He is a very good surgeon.
