Worst visit, The front desk has no service skills at all. Not friendly at all. They took my I’d insurance card paper work and I almost 2 hours still had not entered me and yes I had appt 2hours ago, then I hear one young lady mention my name only to come ask me for my Xray which I gave from start. Then 20 min more put in a room only to wait again, I was then very upset let her know only for dr to come in take 5 min and send me out SMH, then the front desk did not want to make a phone call as dr stated for me to...I can’t eve... read more
terrible office receptionist, every time I call they put me on hold for a long time and forget to get back to you, zero stars. when I went to there office everyone there were stone faced, no smiles, it seemed like they didn't want to be there. I don't know why they even work there.
Dr Chandran is an excellent Surgeon and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.
What I like is he took time to explain what was going on . Definitely was friendly and answered all my questions I asked . I did not feel rushed either and that’s important to me !! Highly recommend Rama E. Chandran
ZEROOOOO!!!!!! When referring patients to his office, his staff is horrible, or the only staff. She states that the office is very small and do not have enough people to be sitting by fax machine to check if they are receiving medical records. I have sent medical records since the 16 of January, and you can't tell me you have not received anything?! He excuse was that their system is not working properly. I told he i sent the records for the patient to be schedule multiple time, on multiple dates. This Doctor needs a better ... read more
