I walked in and there were 6 girls just standing around. I was talking to one about getting glasses and this other one interrupted and was talking fast and wanted insurance info and throwing all these questions and numbers at me. After she found out I was not purchasing today she went back where the other 5 were standing and never said another word to me. I was still looking at frames. Rude rude rude!!!! Will not give them my business
Ram Optical is the place to go for Eye Wear! You need it they have it or will get it for you. They have the best Service. My family goes there. A Big thank you Tony and Monica and the rest of the staff.
Great experience! Two glasses and all the extras for the price of one !! Glad I was able to leave with a pair. I have never worn my glasses for more than an hour at a time but this eye Dr. got my RX perfect I can wear my glasses all day without getting a headache! Great service!
I absolutely love this place. They have a great variety of glasses, wonderful people who go above and beyond to help you pick something you will love, great customer service, and the nicest doctor. Ram Optical is the best. I had my eyes checked by a doctor out of town. I was having problems with one of my lens. Tony suggested I go back to the doctor to have my eyes checked again. The doctor had made a mistake. Just picked up my glasses. Seeing great. Tony really worked with me to make sure I could see. I've been going to Ram Optical for several years and will most definitely continue to go there. Everyone there is so nice and helpful.
