My husband bought a dodge Texas edition truck and got the extended warranty. We still have not received the balance remaining owed from him trading it in 3 months ago. And for some reason Thelma Rodriguez will not return any phone calls or emails. But Bonham Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership in Bonham, Tx. was able to refund me the balance of the extended warranty on my truck that I traded in the day after my husband within 72 hrs. Seems that Ram Country doesn't want to pay back the money they owe their customers.
