I was at the dealership trying to fix a problem to which they refused to do because they wanted to replace the battery which was not needed; I had a document from walmart telling me that the battery was not the issue that there was something else. where to begin... 4 hours for an oil change what a waste of time.. when I asked for my keys, well who do I ask for my keys.. the advisor was long gone, phone ringing off the hook no one answers back there.. i now know where not to come for an oil change... bathroom stalls dirty and coffee area messy.. a pig sty!. never again!

We are from out of town (east coast) and were towed into the dealership last night with our 2008 RAM 3500 after we broke down 70 miles west of town with out travel trailer in tow (and a Harley in the bed). When they opened in the morning, they brought our truck in and quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part (Fan Clutch) and got us on our way before noon. Probably the best dealer experience I have ever had with a service department. We are very thankful for the help.
