Ralph is one of the greatest realtors I have worked with in Miami! He works extremely hard and will respond at all hours of the day and accommodate tours, even on the weekends. I have been a real estate developer for many years and helped my son and his friends with there apartment in Miami -the Brickell area -I can say from my experience during this process Ralph was extremely knowledgeable in the market and how things work in Miami to consummate a deal. He is also very experienced in putting the deals together and speaking to the owners of the units or the building directly. I would recommend Ralph to be your broker and help you locate the apartment unit you are looking for
Ralph was an incredible realtor to work with! He not only made me feel so comfortable and had a perfectly planned schedule to see all of the appropriate apartments, he truly listened to what I wanted. He also was so accommodating to my schedule and seriously knows the area so well. I would not have gotten the apartment that I did without Ralph! It is a mistake not to use him as your realtor. He thinks of everything and was incredibly professional. Can not recommend him enough!
