The staff here is great and the facility is nice and clean. I had meniscus repair with Dr. Gambardella and he is amazing. Communicates and articulates well, skilled in his craft, listens, cares, and is collaborative with his patients. Explains things slowly and throughly, in a way that is understandable and easy to absorb and doesn't push for 1 treatment or the other. He allows the patients to make decisions. Everything was explained thoroughly, in lamens term, slow and easy to understand. Decision was in hands of patient and collaborative.
This doctor is a joke. He doesn't even see patients. When you call to schedule an appointment with him they tell you will be seeing Dr. Gambardella. When you come to appointment an Hindi INTERN comes in and does exam. Either Dr. Gambardella is too old or just incompetent. Find another doctor waste of time to see a dippy intern or resident. The intern doesn't even know the anatomy of body. Scary!
First post-operative visit. Everything went very well.
