Great service, easy to use website and delivery world wide at speeds unheard of for other businesses. Ordered parts on tuesday in sydney, they were in my hands thursday direct from the states, there are local dealers who cannot deliver this quick. A+++++++
Fast shipping! Ordered my cbe and it got here in less than a week. Just one small problem. I wished they would've noted on the site that I needed the downpipe adapter when buying the catback for my car. Now I may have to wait another week before putting it on.
I've ordered quite a few parts from rallysportdirect and have never had any issues. Always ship fast, everything in good condition and well packed. Will continue to order from them.
Always get my stuff right on time this has been my 3rd time ordering from them and it always comes quick and very well packaged. Keep in mind I live in Alaska so it sucks that their "over $200 you qualify for free shipping" doesn't apply but most companies are the same way. I would reccomend shopping here anytime.
Update: Tyler G and Megan have been absolutely awesome with helping me deal with this issue. Tyler started to rectify the situation on saturday when i called back in after not receiving my email to send the pictures of the damaged pump. The next day megan processed a new pump for me and they called to apologize and to ensure I was satisfied.
