Product I purchased had an issue and I attempted contact about said issue 2 weeks ago as well as 3 days ago and have yet to receive a response
I have ordered from rsd for years and never had any problems. They have excellent customer service and the very few problems I have had over the years were quickly resolved, even though the problems were my fault like typing in the wrong adress, forgetting to add a coupon code,or ordering the wrong part and noticing it after checkout. Ordered a bushing set for my girlfriends imprezza a couple weeks back. One of the inserts collapsed when trying to reach factory torque specs. Called RSD and spoke with Chris, he requested pictures. Next day I spoke with Tyler who was in the process of getting in touch with whiteline. That evening I spoke with Megan who confirmed they would be shipping a warranty part for me. Placed a $1000.00 order on in-stock items, checked out with ground shipping applied. Have ordered dozens of times and is usually 2 days ground shipping from them. Did not receive an order 2 days later like normal so I contacted them and they said it had not shipped yet because one of the items was back-ordered. Good service, but I want to know this other person got free shipping! I've bought around 20k in after market stuff from them, one order was around 10k by itself and still no free shipping! That's only complaint, they ship to a local shop who uses them and things are usually on time, in stock, and overall mostly correct. I think we had one minor mix up but nothing too bad.

I have bought several parts from them other the years. Always a great experience . Most of them were in stock and back ordered items were quickly replenished. The best part is they respond to my questions instantly and their advise has been on point. Their prices on parts (oem or aftermarket) were very competitive compared to anyone.
