I have worked in Healthcare for 30 years. After accepting my $80.00 co-pay and insurance, I leaned that the prices for procedures listed on his website are incorrect. The procedure I need was almost twice what is listed. This office and Mettu are inept. He is especially arrogant in personality and ignorant to his patients wants and needs.

Insurance can be confusing, so we include a review of the process in the information that we provide at the visit. Our team is also happy to provide further explanation if needed. Dr Mettu is very personable, thorough and attentive. He took time to explain the procedure, risks and what to expect. From the first visit to post op follow up, Dr Mettu was caring and kind. I had no pain after surgery and was pretty much back to normal life within a few days. Following instructions does make a difference. I highly recommend Dr Mattu. Have a consult, I think you'll be very pleased.
If you have any surgical needs around your eyes, your face or forehead, quit looking around for somebody else. Dr Mettu is professional, caring, patiently answers your questions, and top notch training is apparent in his work. I liked him and his work very much.
I had Moh's surgery on my lower eyelid, and Dr. Mettu performed the 2 reconstruction surgeries to replace my eyelid. The whole process was streamlined and he worked well with my Moh's surgeon as the reconstruction had to quickly follow the Moh's. Dr. Mettu is amazing. Meticulous in his work. Works diligently to ensure that everything is perfect. He personally informs you of each step in the process leading up to the surgery date and then reached out multiple times post-op to make sure everything was going well. My procedure turned out perfectly and looks completely natural. Lastly, the surgery center that he uses was fabulous. Everyone was kind, informative and welcoming. I recommend Dr. Mettu one hundred times over!
Dr. Mettu is by far one of the best doctors I have met. He truly cares about his patients and is an expert in his field. He explained my surgery in great detail. I highly recommend him and his team as the results were awesome!!
Dr. Mettu took the time to hear and LISTEN to my concerns. He provided me with several options and education about those options. His staff are polite, empathetic and are very professional. It’s important to have a specialist who are genuinely passionate about what they do; because that means they’ll provide you with the best care as if they are treating a family member. He did a great job of removing a small growth around the eye area. The healing has gone extremely well. The doctor explained in great detail the post-operative procedure and was available to ask questions. In addition to be a highly skilled surgeon, he is very personable. His staff were great to work with.
Dr. Mettu and staff were amazing through the entire process. My lower eyelid came out better than I could have ever expected. He genuinely care about his patients, checks on them after hours and makes sure they are comfortable through the entire process. He even explained the whole process in a way I could understand it.
