My experience with Dr. Mettu was superb in all respects. The outcome from the surgery was excellent, but the prep and follow up was first class. During the consult phase I was able to have all of my questions answered and he even offered other physicians to get a second opinion. There was never any pressure whatsoever to proceed with him. I have been pleased with my experience with Dr. Mettu. As an RN, I am always very aware of any questions/doubts re plan of care. From the very first visit, I felt absolute confidence in this excellent doctor. He gave me a diagnosis the first visit after a year of searching for answers to my pain. His explanations were very thorough and helpful. I have had to see him several times for treatment and he always gets in touch if it has been a longer interval. I "sing his praises " to others often.
Dr. Mettu was very knowledgeable about my eye disorder and was very friendly and helpful. He even called to check up on me after hours. I would not hesitate to go back to him if I ever need to again.
Dr. Mettu is a great doctor and great at what he does. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease with upcoming procedures.
Dr. Mettu brings healthcare to an entirely new level. He is always available, no matter how minor your question may be. With other drs, I go into an appointment feeling rushed and many of my questions unanswered; however, that is never the case with Dr. Mettu! He ensures you thoroughly understand your diagnosis and what treatment options are available. He made me feel extremely comfortable and heard during each appointment. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Mettu, you won't be disappointed!
I met Dr. Mettu to discuss my options for treating entropion of my lower eye lid on my right eye. He gave me several options to consider - I chose to have the surgery to fix this condition. Dr. Mettu took his time and very thoroughly described the surgery, the recovery and what to expect during both. He made sure that all my questions were answered before I left the first office visit. Surgery went great and my condition was taken care of and I no longer have issues with my right eye lid.
I am very pleased with the results of the treatments I received. Much better results and more professional than the typical "spa" and I have confidence in Dr. Mettus ability and knowledge.
I will definitely encourage all my family and friends to see Dr. Mettu if they need his expertise. His knowledge, professionalism and communication skills are off the charts excellent. Dr. Mettu followed up and communicated with me from the beginning via phone and email all information regarding all test data results and next steps. I never left a visit without being fully informed. If I had any questions after a visit he provided a direct number to get in touch with him. He is the best. Thanks!
