I came to the Starbucks at RDU airport, tried to order 2 decaf coffees and was told that they don’t have decaf. I asked “could you do a pour-over?” And I was told they are out of decaf coffee. It’s almost 4pm, and Starbucks is a coffee shop, how in the world can you be out of decaf coffee?!

Worst TSA security lines ever!!! We got to the airport 2.5 hours early and barely made it to our gate. My poor 5 year old son wet his pants because the lines took so long. I will never use this airport again.
This trash pit doesn't care about it's land and is willing to destroy precious resources for MINING, which will leave the land unusable and looking like Newark...so shortsighted and.....trashy. #doesntfitinRDU
TSA LINE CIRCLES THE ENTIRE INSIDE OF TERMINAL 2 and back to the checkpoint. 1 hour ahead of time still not enough. Time to stand up and say enough is enough.
Very nice people. They were there instant with a wheelchair. They accommodated my handicapped needs very kindly and efficiently.
Worst airport ever. Had a 5 hour delay. Had 2 drinks and food and then was refused service. Limited to one establishment since airport is split
Not today! Why would you board a Delta flight to Seattle and then close the only runway that we can take off of for concrete repairs? Poor planning on your part makes many people stuck on Delta flight 774 not very happy with RDU! Please open the runway !!!!
