Very clean with helpful people
The parking express service is absolutely horrible. I rather do park and ride and get to my car much faster and cheaper. I stood at the pick up spot more than 20 minutes which there is no signage to tell you actually where to stand. Once the bus arrives it passes me then pulls over for 10 sec and drives off while I’m trying to pull my luggage to catch it. This is unacceptable. And I’m paying for this sorry service. Now I have to wait another 20 minutes. Worse airport parking service I’ve ever been on.
Airport was great. All went smoothly
Bright and clean. Very good retail, particularly in T2. Root and Branch is a great store for local products. Highly competitive airlines, so lots of service to many destinations.
Very up-to-date very cool airport so popular parking can be a challenge.

easy to get through TSA..
RDU is an easy airport to use. parking is very close and long term parking is accessible by a bus. there is a ok selection of food vendors. arrive early to get through security. the line was very long and we almost missed our flight.
