Waiters had no idea who they were delivering food to. They had no beer menu. You had to go to their web site to get the beer list and you could only get certain beers on each floor.
Business response:
We are working on a better system to make beer available for diners from both floors. We will soon have staff dedicated to running beers from specific bars so that our guests don't have to be limited to the floor they are on.
I will not be coming back. Why would it take longer to get a beer than food in a beer garden.
Raleigh Beer Garden is an awesome place to enjoy great food, unlimited drink options and fun conversation. We loved the bartenders who made us specialized drinks based on our specific tastes and interests that night. We also had quick service and seating, so don't let the line fool you. It moves quick, you can grab a drink at the bar and before you know it your table will be ready! This will definitely be a weekly spot for us. We do hope they have live music in the future!

LOVE THIS PLACE. Went for the first time yesterday, mushroom and spinach pizza was very good, and the fried pretzel. Needs a better beer list. Not a fan of having to look it up online while I'm sitting there.

Great feedback Emily, we have heard that response loud and clear. We are currently developing a search feature online for searching by brewery or style and creating an easier to navigate screen that divides by floor, and is then organized by style. We will also be getting to a static selection on our walls that will rotate at one time periodically so we can offer printed menus that are up to date. Bare with us, these are in the works and at the top of our priority list, so we do appreciate everyone's feedback!
366 beers ... what can you say ... food was very good as well ...
I know they are still new but we were unimpressed. There is no menu for beer, you have to download some app or look at the rotating screens. Our bartender was not helpful, however one of the other bartenders waiting on the guys next to us was extremely helpful recommending beers based on their taste. We had a sausage and pepper pizza that was fantastic though. We will hopefully let them work out the kinks and go again in a month or two. So much fun. Great service and an awesome environment. Jacob was great! See him at the liquor bar.
Had a great time here. It was super busy but the service was outstanding. Jacob at the liquor bar out front was amazing.
Host acted like my group was inconveniencing him. Basically told us to go elsewhere.
