The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. If I were to compare them to other psychiatrists I've seen, I would definitely say they were one of the best.
Does this psychiatrist promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this psychiatrist have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining!
They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. I didn't have to wait in their waiting room at all. They were ready for me right when I got there. It always frustrates me when I have to spend a bunch of time driving around trying to find a parking spot, but I didn't have to do that here. I found one right away, and it was right next to the entrance. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Dr. Patel is a very nice and professional man. His wife has worked with me in reference to my insurance and their office staff is proficient and worthy of working in a mental health environment. Dr. Patel is a God send!
Their staff is very friendly and professional. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
