I recently had a very bad experience with another doctor. I was very apprehensive about making an appointment. A very good friend recommended Dr. Patel to me. I found his number and called. His staff was so kind and thoughtful helped me down to the littlest detail like how much money I needed to see him. I did not need to be referred to him. I cannot express in words how wonderful and professional the staff is. The Doctor himself is very knowledgeable and really knows his stuff.
