They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff is very friendly but used to be very poor. This has been corrected. This is the best doctor in this area. I highly recommend seeing him.
The wait time is usually negligible, and the appointments are generally very to-the point and not long. The first few visits took longer, as the Dr. had to get to know me. Since then, over 3 years now, it's been smooth. The receptionist used to be absolutely wretched (Brenda), rude for seemingly no reason, dismissive, etc... NOW, the new staff is quite friendly and professional.
