They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Love Dr. Patel! Great bedside manner. Funny. Did not ever make me feel stupid or silly for being concerned or for any question I asked. He really enjoys what he does and it shows in his treatment of patients. He has one day off in the middle of the week so he can be open on Friday and Sat morning. You don't have to wait through a 3 day weekend if you get sick on a Thursday night (many other GPs are closed Fridays.)
