Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
