Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here

Dr. Patel has been our family doctor for more than 15 year and has seen us through the most mundane and the most serious of medical problems. He has always been kind, professional, open, and available. He is everything that you would want a general practitioner to be.

Staff is horrible!! Old Lady at the front was disgustingly impatient. Very rude lady. Dr. may be good, but staff is terrible.

No, there weren't many to choose from Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!
