It seems like every time my family goes in for our regular cleanings, we are always being hit up to have extra procedures completed and we feel a bit pressured. Our previous dentist never did this so I'm not sure how to take this. Could be that my previous dentist was depriving us, but it would be nice to be able to go into at least one visit without being pushed to have something else done. And the extra procedures we are offered are a bit pricey.

Just a little thing - I brought both my kids in for their checkups that day. My 6 year old daughter went in by herself first. When she was done, hygienist brought her back out and gave me the update from the doctor instead of the doctor himself coming out to talk to me. I certainly understand that he is busy and the hygienist was both informative and friendly. However, I miss that direct doctor contact. Normally the wait isn't very long, but after my cleaning I waited over 30 minutes for the dentist. This leads me to believe the timeslot was overbooked, a little frustrating that the entire appointment took 70 minutes. Otherwise I have no other complaints.

I really appreciate the cleaning, X-ray and exam special ... for those of us who want to continue to get good dental care, but don't have the insurance or finances to do so. Thank you!

Everyone was wonderful.....Dr. Called himself the following day to check on my situation. Wonderful touch, everything was taken care of as asked and above my expectations. Needed to get in immediately with a problem and they got me in and fixed all that day, I was a new patient with some not so good experiences elsewhere, I was at ease and pleased, definitely will recommend
