I would like to have better explanations from Dr. Ziegenhorn about a procedure before it starts. I developed an abcess on the same tooth on which a crown was placed a few weeks earlier. The crown actually cracked during the placement process. Did the loss of integrity of the cracked crown allow for the development of the abcess? I can not help but think it did contribute to the development of the abcess. I realize processes do not always go as they should but I do feel Dr. Z should have replaced the cracked crown asap. My Hygienist, Kristy R, was excellent. She is smart, funny and really makes a patient feel comfortable during a visit. She is the best Hygienist this world has ever seen. She is also very beautiful!!!
