visit ended ok but contradicted what was stated to my wife from last visit. was told chipped tooth with absess was ok but this time pulled tooth. dealt with this time.

There was a question about my insurance coverage. Since if it wouldn't pay, I would be responsible and willing to pay, I do not understand the very lenghty wait until it was resolved. I was getting up to leave when the assistant suggested we proceed with the cleaning while thw insurance issue was worked out. Care was wonderful.

I went to a pediatric dentist for 21 years was slightly scared to see a new dentist but everyone one was soo nice I would def recommend family and friends.

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. This practice does not use my insurance (Humana), however, I choose to take the money out of my Flex Plan each year, due to the office making my daughter and I feel comfortable!!!
