Honestly not that bad, The Property manager is a handy man that is extremely helpful. He broke down to me how he works 10 plus hours a day on repairs and managing the place. This place is old and things break. I see him constantly out doing things so I don't know what the negative comments are about. He's always helped me, maybe your not nice to him? In my opinion, I would choose to help a nice person before a rude one but that's just me.
