B & D - RainSoft- Poor Service DO NOT BUY RAINSOFT FROM B & D!!!
Mad as hell First of all, there should be a zero for one of the ratings. This is one of the worst products that I have ever bought. First, the sales person lied to me about the system. I had sedement in my water and I was told that this system would correct the problem. WRONG. All it did was clog up the filter and I had to call for someone to come out and repair it, in which I was charged a service call.. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM B&D!!! You will regret if you do not take this advice seriously.
Blues54 I bought a rainsoft system about two years ago and it junk it does not do what they said it would do.. It is over 10,000 I still get the smell of raw eggs from the sulpher Rainsoft should be investigated for crimal wrong doing. Warn others that they are a fly-by night operation. Charging outragous service fees on things that seem to break once the check has cleared. Rainsoft cost me 13,000 dollars I want some justice!!!!!
A bad idea I regret buying a water softener from this Company, after only 3 months it broke down, and they wanted $200 to come look at it. I had so many problems with it and finally I just gave up and disconnected it. Now I have sitting in my garage a $3K mistake.
High Pressure Sales=High Stress I would not recomend that anyone have the ''free water test'' done. I signed up for a free water test through home depot who, apparently sub-contracts this stuff out to rainsoft. I recieved many, MANY phone calls from them before i broke down and set up a time for this thing. The rainsoft representative was polite and did a satisfactory job with the testing and demo. Terrible Company We had a Rainsoft system installed a few years ago, and it seemed to work okay. We did a remodel last year and had to have the system reinstalled. We called B&D to make sure our system was reinstalled properly. The technician did not check connections at our sink for leaks, which caused a flood and damage on our new flooring. They promised to repair the damage, then late refused and blamed our remodel contractor. The technician also damaged our new sink cabinet doors.
We absolutely love our new system! We learned a lot from our sales representative. We really appreciated the time spent explaining the tests done on our water. It was done in a very down to earth fashion and made us feel very comfortable with our decision to purchase. We absolutely love our new system!
I have seen a big difference Since having the system installed, I have seen a big difference in the feel and taste of the water. Family now enjoys taking showers. I like that the water is pure for our cooking.
