100% better now than in the past We cant believe the way it has made a difference in the quality of the drinking water alone. No more bad tasting water for us. The sinks in the house are no longer looking dull from the hard water that we had in the past and taking a shower is 100% better now than in the past. We love the savings in detergents and other cleaners.
The system is great! The system is great! The salesman and the installer were great. The customer service was perfect. The best thing about it was we had the system installed and working the very next day. You do not see customer service like that anymore. Thank you very much.
over priced system rainsoft would better serve the consumer by selling direct I had a reverse osmosis system installed for my drinking water only. The dealer inflates the cost of the system but tells you how good a deal you are getting. rainsoft most not care how the dealers represent their product it's only a matter of time when the consumer finds out that the system is over priced. Don't try and write rainsoft they wont answer they must not like negative reports another poor business move.
Rainsoft is hard to deal with, and poor in integrity!! Bad and poor!!! Do not trust or buy!!! We own a business and thought that this system would bring good water to the home. NOPE. Tons of hidden fees and service reps who don't know what they are talking about. It's been 3K later and still no clean water. DO YOUR RESEARCH!! DON"T BUY FROM B&D!!!! You have to pay a fee every year, just to keep up the "warranty"...
Better off with nasty water We had this very expensive water filter system installed 3 years ago and have had nothing but problems with it. From the first day it didn't work right. We called the company right away and they sent someone out that proceded to jack the system up even worse. The stuff inside the system called "green sand" went all through our pipes clogging everything including the showers, sinks and clothes washer. Don't call for your free water analysis! Don't bother having them test your water--they are just there to scam you out of at least $5000. The technician that came to our home gave us a lengthy show about how bad our water was and how great the RainSoft water was. Then at the end, he tried to say that we were already paying well over $8000 for our dirty water for a period of 10 years and that we would save money by purchasing their system. Yeah, they suck! We've had our system for about 7 years now. The only thing it does is raise the electric bill and the water bill. Oh, and the neighbors have mentioned it to us a couple of times because it's so loud at night it sounds like someone is being murdered & chopped up in our garage. We HATE it and only wish we could figure out how to bypass the stupid thing and turn it off. We've asked them more then once to help us and they refuse. At one point we we're going to sell our home just to get away from it!
Lies, lies, and more lies!!! Rainsoft B & D Quality Water Lies!!!! In November of 2005 I called Rainsoft B & D Quality Water for a whole house water filtration system. I still have brown water. I have not once had clear water and now in March of 2007 I finally decided to just ask them for my money back. READ Everything before you sign! Don't pay more than $1000. We bought the Gold Series system with the UF Series RO Drinking Water System in Oct 05. #1: The sales reps are not honest. Ask to read the manual while they are giving you their presentation. Our rep made many claims that not even the manual will back up. Example, the membrane was supposed to last at least 3 yrs according to the rep. It's first replacement was at 2 yrs and could have been replaced at 18 mos, when we noticed a diff in the water.
