Rainsoft Watersystems -Hidden Ridiculous Yearly Maintenance Fees I was charged over $5,000.00 and never told it would cost me over $600-$700 yearly for maintenance and upkeep. I only learned of these charges a couple of years ago when our water system started giving us problems. pricey This company is not upfront and forward about prices...I purchased my water system for almost $7000 and now after a year, I am now paying almost $400-700 yearly for maintenance. This is ridiculous, I wasn't told this when I was suckered to buy this so called miracle water that is so soft and clean, didn't know about their outrageous prices for filters.
Never seen such a croc of crap as the comments I just read. I find it interesting that there were so many reviews on Febuary 16th. I highly doubt that that many people were unhappy and complaining on the same day. Looks like one angry person posting numerous times under different names. Dont Trust this company I was a Rainsoft employee and I had to make sure that I got at least 2 to 4 appts in a day then they fired all of us that was trying to work so hard to make the business better including my Boss Miss xactho and john black i dont know how they can even live with the things they do !!!! DO NOT TRUST RAINSOFT! Rainsoft did not get the proper permits from the health department that my state requires. They lied and told me they could take care of a GIARDIA problem with their systems. Then when I involved the Health Department they got upset... I canceled my order with them and now they are in trouble with the state! DO NOT TRUST RAINSOFT! All they care about is selling their over priced systems.
Rainsoft can suck it!!!! Do not ever do a survey at Home Depot.I made that mistake. I had no idea that it had nothing to do with the store. It's a contracted independent company. They litteraly harassed me for days on end to do their stupid home water test. Fake Positive Reviews - DO NOT BUY Has anyone noticed that all of the "positive reviews" are essentially in the exact same format???? I heard this pitch and this is a scam to say the least. By the way, the positive reviews are word for word the script that the salesman give.

Dishonest Experience If you ever see them at a trade show booth, do not enter one of their "draws" for prizes. They'll call you saying that you one a prize, which is a free water quality test and also a restaurant gift certificate. I directly asked the person who called me to set up the appointment "Is this a sales call? If it is, I am absolutely not interested" yet the company rep. said that it was a complimentary water test. How stupid of me to believe her. I was never given a gift certificate and just wanted my time back.
