I communicated my fears and let them all know I would require Nitrous Oxide with any procedures at my initial exam. They said it was not a problem. But at the next appointment they made a big stink about it, said they don't do it, then said they would- but I wouldn't be able to afford it, then said I should have told them I had anxiety. Then they tried to tell me I need a dentist that provides sedation! Why not just treat me with repect and provide the services that I ask for.
