I use this company every time I get my carpets clean. They always call ahead to let you know when they will arrive (so I knew I had time to get my coffee) and show up on time. Service is consistent and professional. Today Joe did a fantastic job! he was quick, courteous, and my carpet looks like new.

I used this company 3 years ago for blood stain on my carpet, excellent job. Kept Kevin's business card on the refrigerator for the last 3 year, I was really happy when he showed up again. The best!!! They do a great job, are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with the work that Rainier Chem-Dry did. They were able to get us in the very next day and did thorough and quick work. The stained areas look so much better and the PURT treatment did wonders on the pet stains. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I have only used Chem-Dry Carpet cleaning! They are always very friendly, professional and thorough. I have a 100 lb rottweiler and the carpets always look perfect when they are done! Best service ever!

Jeremy cleaned our carpets and did an amazing job! He was able to get some old stains out of our carpet that previous professional cleaners had been unable to get out! He was kind, courteous and very professional. Highly recommend him & Rainier Chem Dry, to anyone needing their carpets cleaned!
