They were very professional and our carpets looked fabulously clean when done. Everything dried as quickly as described and we were able to return the furniture and resume our normal life. Mathew was on time and did a fantastic job on our bedrooms, stairs, a couch and the family room room. The rugs look brand new after years of abuse and neglect.
